The Board of Directors for the MACV Foundation is comprised of appointed members who jointly oversee the activities of the Foundation. The Board's activities are determined by the powers, duties, and responsibilities detailed in the Foundation's bylaws. The Board is the governing and fund raising body of the Foundation. It is chaired by its CEO.
